How QASS Works

CONTROLLER

The Heart of the system is the controller. This device can either be mounted in the machines electrical panel, or can be installed in its own smaller cabinet. All functions can easily be accessed using the panel’s membrane keypad and display.

PRE-AMP

This component is makes certain that the signals from the sensors are properly amplified and sent to the controller. Mounted on the machine near the actual operation, it can be configured for monitoring up to 8 independent sensors.

SENSORS

Collecting the raw acoustic signals is the job of the sensor. These Piezo Crystal devices are manufactured with a stainless steel body. They are completely sealed and able to withstand the harshest environments.
